What Mindmarqs does

We make thinking visible and
train the behaviours that matter.

What shapes our thinking

Thinking runs on four layers. Most organisations manage only the outer one.

Each layer sets the ceiling for the one around it, and all of it runs inside a context your organisation designs. We measure the core, and we work on the behaviours that compound.

Context

Interruption load, time, decision rights, psychological safety, tooling. Your organisation designs this layer, and it can undo everything inside it. We work with it; we do not control it.

Compounding behaviours

How we build context and memory, how we work with technology, how we decide together. Small habits that add up to judgement over time. This is what we work on, with one training for each.

Core cognition

Gathering, processing and comparing information: how we frame a question, where attention goes, how we weigh what we find and how readily we commit. Mostly below awareness. This is what we measure.

Foundation

Physiological readiness, emotion regulation, cognitive endurance. This layer makes good thinking possible without making it happen. On a bad day it sets a low ceiling.

What we offer

Three ways to work with us

Trainings

Three programmes, one for each compounding behaviour: deciding under information overload, deciding with AI, deciding together.

Development journeys

A personal or team journey that starts from an assessment and a debrief with a certified coach, then practice in your working week.

Personal assessments

A short assessment that makes your own pattern visible, in plain language you can act on and discuss.

What we do

Training, development and personal assessments

We work on the behaviours that compound: how we build context, how we work with technology, and how we decide together. It starts by making thinking visible.

Deciding under information overload

Building context and memory · individuals in key positions

What we help develop

More information arrives than a working day absorbs, and decision density keeps rising with it. We help you frame the question before you search, direct attention to what decides the outcome, and give important decisions the depth they warrant. You start from your own pattern and practise on decisions from your own week.

Deciding with AI

Working with technology · individuals and organisations using AI

What we help develop

AI drafts the options, summarises the file and ranks the evidence, often before our own thinking starts. Used deliberately it multiplies judgement; used on autopilot it replaces it. We help you keep the framing and the final call, check what matters, and build the AI literacy the EU AI Act asks your organisation to support.

Deciding together

Deciding as a team · teams and leadership teams

What we help develop

Hours go into decisions that still feel laborious. Everyone arrives answering a slightly different question, the pack nobody has time to read decides nothing, and the room follows whoever speaks first. We help your team agree what it is actually deciding before it debates the answers, get the deciding facts on the table, and settle who decides what.

The journeys

Two ways to start from your own pattern

Journey A

Your personal decision style

A personal assessment of about twenty minutes on your own laptop, a report in plain language, and a one-to-one debrief with a certified coach.

Journey B

Your team's decision style

Every member's profile on one team map, a debrief on what the room reads and who sets the bar, and a workshop where your team agrees what it changes.

Profiles appear on the team map with each member's consent.

How we work

Three principles behind how we work

Not a questionnaire and not a label: a starting point for change.

01

Behaviour, not self-report

We cannot reliably report how we decide. So we start from what you actually do, made visible with GazetraQ™ technology, and describe it in plain language you can act on.

02

Trained where decisions happen

Sessions are built on the real decisions you bring, spaced over weeks and paired with feedback: the design training research links to transfer on the job (Lacerenza et al., 2017).

03

Behaviour, never a label

Every finding describes behaviour from the session itself, in plain language, so it can be discussed, questioned and practised. No ranking, no diagnosis, no personality type.

AI can answer.
You decide.
